Script Prohibited In WordPress.com and The reason

Whatever you do in managing a blog on WordPress.com, is allowed. But WordPress prohibit some things that must inevitably users must obey it. For some reason WordPress is also locking or not enable that prohibited it, so if a user of WordPress desperate to do it then that made it useless. Anything that is prohibited by WordPress and the reason it?

1. JavaScript.

Users are not allowed to post JavaScript to WordPress.com blogs.

Reason:

JavaScript can be used for malicious purposes. For example, JavaScript has been banned on sites such as MySpace.com and LiveJournal offline time ago. Blog Security is a top priority until the WordPress to ensure JavaScript is not dangerous it will not be permitted. So it is possible later on WordPress allows the use of JavaScript. Patience and pray!

2. Flash And Similar.

Flash and the like are not allowed in WordPress.com either in posts, pages or widgets.

Reason:

Again for security reasons WordPress banned Flash and the like to be installed in WordPress. WordPress remove the tags so that users who installed the Flash and the like can not work. Perhaps our intention to set it up well, but someone somewhere will try to damaging blog, affects all users of WordPress.
